It was...hard. 30 in the first day was a bit too much for my rookie legs to take all at one go. SO much that I have to be honest with you, I haven't continued after the first try yet! BUT! Tomorrow is a new day and this challenge shall be conquered!
"Challenge (re-) accepted!"
So the tally stands at - day 1, 30 squats.
What about you? Did you manage?
Well I must confess that I couldn't do 30 from the very first time..but I didn't give up :D I decided to try again so two days after I managed to do 30 but it was so difficult, so hard that even after 3 days my legs were hurting. What I liked is that even though it was hard after reading your post I didn't wanna give up. I wanted to see if I could manage to complete your challenge and I did. VERY proud of myself :D
ReplyDeleteHey,
ReplyDeleteits me again. Try to do it in a gym. You can use different weights and variations there. Try for example the following:
1.) Use a weight that you can lift up 20 to 30 times and take a break of 30 seconds.
2.) Use a weight that you can push up 10 to 12 times, take a break of 1 to 2 minutes and repeat it one more time.
3.) In the last set, you have to use a weight that you can lift up 10 to 12 times and don't take a break. The next step is to reduce the weight that you can push up it 8 to 10 times. Repeat this steps so long, if you can only lift up 1 time.
Please give me a feedback!
