Use a weight that you can lift up 20 to 30 times and take a break of 30 seconds.

2.) Use a weight that you can push up 10 to 12 times, take a break of 1 to 2 minutes and repeat it one more time.

3.) In the last set, you have to use a weight that you can lift up 10 to 12 times and don't take a break. The next step is to reduce the weight that you can push up it 8 to 10 times. Repeat this steps so long, if you can only lift up 1 time.

Please give me a feedback!

Best regards, free apache
Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2350368263672502935.post-34413098865184082162014-02-11T15:03:48.852-08:002014-02-11T15:03:48.852-08:00Well I must confess that I couldn't do 30 from...Well I must confess that I couldn't do 30 from the very first time..but I didn't give up :D I decided to try again so two days after I managed to do 30 but it was so difficult, so hard that even after 3 days my legs were hurting. What I liked is that even though it was hard after reading your post I didn't wanna give up. I wanted to see if I could manage to complete your challenge and I did. VERY proud of myself :DAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
